• Общение с клиентом, анализ требований;
• Составление ТЗ
• Подготовка отчетов и документации
• Постановка задач на всех этапах проекта (дизайн, вёрстка, тестирование, сборка)
• Контроль качества выполнения задач
• Контроль времени выполнения задач
• Тестирование продукта после каждого этапа
Вся документация, требования и отчетность должны вестись быть на английском языке.
