**Project Background and Vision**  

We are planning to develop a cryptocurrency online casino based on **Telegram Mini App**. The project takes inspiration from **tg.casino**, but with specific modifications. We **do not require** sports betting or PC casino features, instead focusing on **ICO**, **Web3**, and the **Telegram MiniApp** functionality as core features. Additionally, we will issue our own token, which will be usable within the platform. Therefore, the system must support **multi-currency betting** and **combined betting**. We also need to design a comprehensive **wagering requirement (rollover)** system. Furthermore, we require a powerful **admin dashboard** and **viral marketing tools** to help drive user acquisition.

**Core Feature Requirements:**
