The cost of developing such drawings is 40zl/m2 of the total area of all rooms in the house, the development period is 30 days from the moment of planning approval, the final price and time will be agreed upon after discussion. The plans indicate furniture and plumbing fixtures, show the dimensions necessary for the installation of new walls and partitions, and include the placement of window and door openings while considering the structural dimensions of building materials. The section shows the intersections of enclosing and load-bearing structures, main dimensions, and heights. The facades show color solutions, types of materials, and height marks. This is all needed so that builders know at what height to place the mauerlat, what the thickness of the wall and roof insulation should be. In your case, the reconstruction will be designed taking into account European requirements for the thermal insulation of enclosing structures. Because in Ukraine, the minimum allowed insulation thickness is less than in Poland. Good day.
