We are developing an intelligent system that interacts with the company's team as a coach or strategist. The system does not answer questions — it initiates dialogue itself, identifies problems, helps employees focus, and allows the owner to see key growth points.
Currently, at the MVP stage, we need to analyze dozens of management sessions (in text form), identify the structure, stages, and goals of such sessions — and configure prompts that will enable GPT to conduct similar dialogues and generate a structured output in a table.
