Write a test for the psychologists' website

We need either to restore the functionality of the test from the previous site or to create a new one. Here is the link to the old test: https://academy.obushna.pro/testket/

How it worked before:  

- User responses from the site were automatically sent to Google Sheets.  

- This sheet processed the data (according to formulas) and sent the result back to the site.  

- The site generated a final PDF file for the user.  

The problem is that the programmer did not provide us with the source code and the connector to Google Sheets. We only have the formulas and the logic of the test left.  

Currently, I am considering two options:  

1. Try to restore the test based on what is left.  

2. Create a new test from scratch, possibly using different methods.  

I understand the logic and principle of the test well, so I can help in its creation.  

I would like to first understand what has been preserved from the old version (archives, files, or part of the code) and whether it can be used. If there is nothing, how feasible would it be to start development from scratch?

I am very interested in creating a PDF response with specific answers according to the test results.
