We are looking for a specialist in Make.com (Integromat) to create a small automation that connects Instantly.ai, ChatGPT, and Slack.
When someone replies to our cold email in Instantly (https://developer.instantly.ai/):
A message appears in Slack immediately with the lead's name, a snippet of their response, and a link to Unibox.
After a few minutes, ChatGPT analyzes the message, determines the level of interest, and creates a short, friendly response.
A suggested response appears in Slack with buttons: ✅ Send now, ✏️ Edit in Instantly, 🚫 Decline.
If nothing is pressed — the message remains in Instantly as a draft scheduled for 72 hours.
Workflow details:
• Trigger — Instantly webhook reply_received in Make.com.
• Instant sending of lead information to Slack.
• Using ChatGPT to determine which email (No. 1 or No. 2) received a response and classify the intent (Interested / Not interested / Unsure / "Let's have a call").
• Choosing one of the 4 templates:
– Template 1: Email No. 1 + Interested
– Template 2: Email No. 1 + Not interested
– Template 3: Email No. 2 + Interested
– Template 4: Responses like "Let's talk / Sounds good" → short message with a link to Calendly for scheduling a call
• Sending the selected template (or text from ChatGPT) to Instantly via API (/emails/reply) with a future reminder_ts, so it appears as a scheduled draft.
• Updating the message in Slack with a preview of the draft and buttons.
• Second scenario in Make — handling button presses:
– "Send now" → send immediately
– "Edit" → mark as requiring review
– "Decline" → cancel or postpone sending
What needs to be done:
• 2 scenarios in Make.com:
1️⃣ "Reply → Slack → Draft (4 templates)"
2️⃣ "Slack Buttons → Action Handler"
• Working message in Slack with interactive buttons (Block-Kit).
• Fully functional demo in your Make account (with your test keys for Instantly, Slack, and OpenAI).
• Short video (Loom) demonstrating the entire chain.
• Exported scenarios (blueprints) so we can import and replace keys with ours.
Important:
Create a demo on your test accounts and API keys. After watching the video, we will confirm completion and pay for the work, then you will provide us with blueprints for import.
Deadlines:
Start work on Wednesday at 6:00 PM, the finished demo and video must be delivered within 24 hours (by Thursday 6:00 PM).
We will provide after demo approval:
• 4 email templates (T1–T4)
• Examples of prompts for ChatGPT (classification + draft generation)
• A block with prices and a link to Calendly
• Slack channel name and Unibox link format
Requirements:
• Experience with Make.com (webhooks + HTTP requests)
• Basic understanding of Slack API / Block-Kit
• Experience with OpenAI API or ChatGPT in Make
• (Preferred) experience with Instantly.ai API
