The simplest web server on Python

4. The smartphone periodically contacts the server, is approved and checks the availability of a processed file. When the source file is processed by the client, downloads the processed file.
The server records the events: the time of connection / blackout of the smartphone, which smartphone file has downloaded/slipped, the user ' s IP and login, the time of connection and cancellation of clients, the client ' s name and his IP, which raw files the client has downloaded and which he has downloaded back, (loading or downloading the file, keeping all files received and sent in the archive in one day.
