The design is the simplest for the general image, the style itself to fit.The actions:
Man opens an application.
- enter your table number (4 digits) (without any passwords)
- the app identifies it (will be that the app remembers it and the next time does not ask the table until it clicks On)

А где возможно? Сейчас эти данные находятся в разных эксельках на пк

Разные ексельки хранят разные части информации о сотрудниках? Или это деление по подразделениям? Но в любом случае нужно будет реализовать что-то типа сервера чтобы обновлять данные из базы в приложении.

Для того щоб все було "по людськи" Вам треба щоб вся інформація вносилася, зберігалася і редагувалася в одному місці, інакше просто замахаєтеся відслідковувати хто що де змінив. Якийсь сервер з базою даних наприклад. Хоча б використати firebase (можете почитати в інтернеті) і у зв'язці з цією базою робити додаток + у майбутньому зробите кліент для пк... Ну і не зовсім впевнений, що Ви сам зможете щось вносити/змінювати в коді.

А хто ж говорить тяп-ляп, може замовнику як раз і зручно так тримати інформацію. Я коли працював на заводі то так і було, що у кожного відділу стояла своя персоналка, і інформація по відділу була тільки на ній. І до приходу ай-тішника це всім підходило. А зробити якийсь простий сервер, так ніхто не проти, навпаки я тільки за, це дійсно зручно. А ще зробити доступ для зміни інформації тільки відповідальним за це людям.
