Трудно, что либо сказать без знания нагрузки на процессор, но ESP32 будет пошустрее, два ядра, тактовая частота выше и архитектура лучше. Цена порядка 5-7 долларов и периферию можно использовать ардуиновскую фактически без изменений.

Юрий! Здравствуйте, спасибо за проявленный интерес. Данное устройство я разрабатывал сам, и это мой первый проект, я машиностроитель, поэтому в вопросах электроники абсолютно не компетентен. Если вы считаете что другой микроконтроллер будет лучше - возьмем в расчет другой))

Устройство будет воспроизводить игры на подобии тетриса, змейки, пакмена и т.д. только графика будет получше: текстуры, плавность движений, немного физики. Картинка двухмерная.

Добрый день, ESP 8266 не рассматривали? По ней делал связь с управлением и камерой RC машинки. Управление проводилось удаленно через web сервер. Игроки управляли машинками со своих пк. Задержек в управлении не наблюдалось.
