I create tutorials on editing in After Effects — effects, transitions, visual techniques. I am currently actively managing YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, where I publish content in English.
I already have active channels, but there is a problem with the audience specifically on Instagram.
After one video gained about 100K views, many mass followers and subscribers came from countries like Iran, Afghanistan, India, etc.
At the same time, I am located in Warsaw, the interface and device language is English, all videos have English voiceovers and descriptions, but despite this, the audience is still forming from these countries. And that is why I aim to change the geo-audience so that 60–70% of my subscribers and main active audience are from the USA, England, and Canada.
Therefore, I am looking for a specialist in promoting accounts to a Western audience who:
