Уточните пожалуйста: Вы не можете создать статью (она защищена от создания) или её удаляют без предварительного обсуждения?
Обычно википедисты указывают причину удаления.
Бывают исключения. Если статья удаляется не первый раз (к первому разу должно быть объяснение) или она не выдерживает элементарной критики.

Поподробнее расскажите о предмете статьи тут (что за персона или компания), а мы (я и другие редакторы Википедии на этом сайте) разберёмся (возможно опубликовать статью без удаления или нет). Для проверки хотелось бы узнать ФИО персоны/название компании.
