We discussed all the details of the task, the customer quickly answered all the questions.
After submitting the project, the customer sent a letter with the formulation "we expected more" and stopped contacting. I wrote twice with a request to clarify what claims are to the work done. I had to go to the arbitration. After a message from the administration, the customer closed the project and transferred the money. For the first time in 4 years of work at freelance, I do not recommend the customer.
