Provide an offer for a long-term SEO Strategy of an established websit

I am looking for proposals to make a proposal on how to SEO/promote our website.

Yes, you heard that right.  I'm just looking for proposal for being paid to make a real proposal

This is the first stage of a multi stage process, or if you will, think of it as a casting.

Introduction

Initially (with this offer) I am looking for an analysis of our website and market structure and for a proposal of a 6-month plan on how to increase visibility, ranking and meaningful traffic.  I understand that this costs time and effort, so if a professional (you) can initially make a credible pitch that they have the skills and experience for the task, I'll pay you 50 EUR to do the initial analysis and make a proposal for a plan based on your findings. So essentially this is an offer to pay you for making a qualified sales pitch.  Depending who's interested I'll probably choose 3-8 professionals to make their analysis+plan+budget and will then evaluate those.  Depending on the findings I will choose only one (or none) to execute it.

Background

The website is a long standing website which is 20+ years in existence offering/selling a software product world wide in a rather competitive market where even well-known free solutions exist. According to ahrefs the site has about 2K referring domains and about 15K back-links, which grew organically. The site has an ahrefs health of 100% with meta-keywords, structured data, twitter-cards all in place already. See attached image.  It may not be perfect, but I'm a software developer with over 30 years experience and I know the basic principles of SEO, so I believe are no low-hanging fruit there.  We have ahrefs (basic account), google-search console, google-analytics, ad-words, apache-logs.

The pages are mostly semi-static html with a home grown content management system (we are not using wordpress, react or the like and we have only minimal .js). If required, I can do most of the on-site work myself.

Project

As outlined above, the task at hand is to perform an initial analysis, look at the website, maybe run it through your preferred tools, look at it and  based on the findings come up with a 6-months plan, milestones, budget. Detail what kind of actions you propose and why you are experienced to perform these, how to measure the success. Maybe show that you performed similar tasks, etc. etc. 

If we choose you for this stage (as said, I expect there will be multiple participants), we will provide the website, keywords, sitemap and any other information that you need to come up with a proposal. 

What we expect:

• an introduction of who you are and why you are the right person do do this (one or two paragraphs)
• initial short analysis (0.5 to 2 pages) that shows that you had a look and have an understanding of the site and that this is not just some boilerplate copy/paste offer
• a plan for 6-months actions with measurable milestones where we can decide after 3 months if this works or not and if it should be continued to the 6-months period (or even beyond), including with a monthly budget to execute it (paying your time and 3rd parties you may need to subcontract)
• about 5-10 pages (we're not paying for quantity, I'm looking for quality)
• realistic goals and outlook
• demonstrate that you are able to listen and understand our situation (which is quite different from a small shop starting a website to attract local customers or a new tech brand trying to market crypto or AI)

What we not expect:

• black-hat SEO or questionable procedures
• more than 10 pages or useless easy to generate stats that are just there to add quantity to the report
• hype and buzzwords (please spare yourself the time to make the marketing talk and spare us the time to read it)
• unrealistic goals
• cheap solutions
• suggestions for website redesign

Whom we choose for the final stage will depend on a variety of factors, like how realistic we believe the goals are, how the proposal will fit our budget, but also on the question if our vibes match and if we 'click', because I assume we'll be working together and interacting over those 6 months.
