What is: Dedicated server Hetzner (Ryzen 9 3900, 128 GB RAM, 2×1.92 TB NVMe). Currently in Rescue System.
Task — deploy from scratch:
- Proxmox VE on the host, disks in RAID 1 (mirror).
- VM-1 (Windows Server): BAS + PostgreSQL. Installation and activation of Windows — on the contractor's side. Optimization for the database.
- VM-2 (Windows Server): RDS terminal for 15 users. Each has a separate account, not admin.
- VPN (WireGuard): access to the terminal only through VPN. RDP to the outside is closed.
- File folders (Prozorro, Downloads) with permission restrictions.
- Backups: daily, to a separate storage (Storage Box), with deletion protection. Backup access is isolated.
- Firewall: close everything unnecessary. Port 3389 to the outside — prohibited.
Access security (mandatory):
- The contractor works under their own separate SSH key, which is revoked after completion. The owner's key is not transferred.
- No access to the Hetzner account — only to the server.
- After completion — checklist of completed tasks.

I do not recommend Storage Box for backups. More precisely, we would do it as follows. VMs from server 1 are backed up via Veeam to server 2 (simpler). From there, an additional copy is made to Storage Box via FTP. Veeam should be configured for a full weekly backup + daily incremental backups (or more frequently). The database should also be backed up separately with a rollback point of 15 minutes.
Overall, the task is clear. We are ready to execute it. We need more information from you about the separation of rights and users. The price and deadlines (with a buffer) are indicated in the bid.
If it is essential to use Storage Box, then we will use the ProxMox functionality.
