Proxy/ VPS Etsy

I have a configured proxy server and VPS on a remote disk. My Etsy store works through this server, so I always have one IP address, as Etsy blocks the store if the IP address changes.
I pay $100 per month for the proxy server on Soax and $40 per month for the VPS on GMhost.
The problem is that I haven't accessed Etsy through the remote disk for two months, and today I tried to log in, but couldn't because I need to pay for Soax and GMhost services.
I have already paid for Soax, but couldn't pay for GMhost. I need you to show me how to do this, as the guy who set it all up has disappeared somewhere.
