1. Необходимо подобрать удобный HTML / BootStrap шаблон (тему) для фронта , а бэк систему необходимо построить на Django Framework , т.е. изначально раилзовываем визуализацию согласно ТЗ -> далее выводим на фронт модели из Django
2. В качестве БД используем PostgreSQL
3. В системе будут интеграции с платежными системами документацию на который мы отправим в ЛС.
