Python/js scraper for collecting detailed information

I need help in writing a scraper based on Python for data collection.
The data needs to be collected from a Ukrainian website, but the script will be located on a server with a European IP,
so I think we will need to use a proxy.
Some information on the website from which we are collecting data is loaded as AJAX requests, so we will either need to wait a long time (and it will be expensive) for the full HTML or look at the sub-requests and do it based on requests, re ect.
Please write if you understand what I mean.

For such a task, I can write a parser in Python + Selenium.
This will allow parsing dynamic content. But to be honest - I don't know if it can be run on the server (because Chrome browser is launched there and button presses are emulated, etc.)

I have implemented something similar, I suggest using selenium. It is a tool for automating browser actions. With its help, you can wait for the page to fully load and then retrieve the necessary data from it.
