Необхідно розробити сервіс на Fast API який займатиметься тим, що стягуватиме по апі дані з іншої системи та складатиме у свої таблиці (PostgreSQL)
Вся інфраструктура живе в докері (базові мок сервіси вже готові - контенер з бд та базовим дестрибутивом фаст апі), управління кодом через гітлаб
