15 USD The program will have to receive the statistics of my channel through the telemetrmebot bot ( you send the idy channel (or link) and the bot sends the statistics of the channel in the form of a picture), since I have 3 channels, then it is 3 images, the bot must wherever it will save these 3 images to post with the text (which I will leave separately in the .txt file, the proga from there will take the text with which it will post the images) in the chats in which the telegram account this consists, because I will sign up in advance, before the proga starts
Every 1 hour the proga receives statistics and publishes a message in the chats, in the chats where the images cannot be published, the proga/script should only publish the text, an example of the outcome I will attach a picture to this post.

Программа должна будет получать список статистику моего канала через бота telemetrmebot ( отправляешь айди канала, например durov и бот отправляет статистику канала в виде картинки), поскольку у меня 3 канала, то это 3 картинки, бот должен куда то сохранить эти 3 картинки, чтобы опубликовать с текстом в группах, в которых я состою (описание сообщения я отдельно оставлю в .txt файле, прога оттуда возьмет текст, с которыми опубликует картинки) в чатах, в которых аккаунт телеграма этот состоит, ибо заранее подпишусь, перед запуском проги
Каждый 1 час прога получит статистики и опубликует в чатах сообщение, в чатах где нельзя картинки опубликовать, прога/скрипт должна опубликовать только текст, пример итогового результата прикреплю картинкой к этому посту.
