    Вам нужно вручную снести все установленные версии Pywin32 вычистив от них папку Program-files а потом вписать команду pip install pypiwin32

    pip install pypiwin32 

    то понятно, все уже так и зделанно..

    но при компиляции не хватает куча плагинов.
