Our development team is looking for a specialist with experience in Matrix Synapse (version 1.124.0) to solve a specific task.
🔹 Task:
It is necessary to make changes to the rate limit settings on the Synapse server:
- Add IP to the whitelist, for which the restriction on generating
loginTokenfor different users will be lifted, or - Increase the request limit for token generation to several thousand.
⚠️ Important note:
Editing the configuration in homeserver.yaml does not affect the rate limit for authorization token generation, as this process is handled by a different server. Therefore, an alternative solution is required.
