Good evening. I am ready to complete the set of drawings. I have five years of experience in architecture.
The result will include:
- a plan with the arrangement and placement of furniture and equipment;
- an electrical plan (outlets, switches, fixtures);
- a plan indicating and placing partitions, cladding, insulation, door blocks;
- necessary details;
- material specifications (length or weight of profiles, area of drywall and OSB sheets, finishing areas, etc.).
I will provide the result in PDF format and, if necessary, DWG or PLA.
I will need measurements, photos, and, if possible, video documentation from you.

And the fact that the walls are sheathed with OSB before the drywall is an additional plus for strength; you can safely hang shelves or a TV.
