Project Description: We are looking for a specialist with experience working with Google Business Profile (Google Maps) for a network of medical centers; the task is not long-term. We need a person who: has practical experience with Google Business profiles; knows Google's rules and policies regarding reviews; can analyze reviews and identify those that may violate platform rules; helps properly format requests for review of such reviews; consults on improving the company's reputation on Google; can show real case studies of their work. Important: We need a specialist who works strictly within Google's rules and uses the platform's official tools. Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current profile and subreddit on Reddit and create a plan for improving the rating. Respond appropriately to accumulated user comments and dispute unjust negative feedback. Practical and extensive experience with Reddit tools and a deep understanding of the platform's moderation rules are required.
