Как я понимаю, из минимума, нужно сделать:
1. Уведомление в админке, что какой-то клиент превысил порог покупки и его нужно перенести в следующую группу (в ТЗ указано, что менеджер руками будет менять группу клиента). Как это должно выглядеть?
2. В оформлении заказа должна отображаться скидка и сумма покупок. Скидка от суммы заказа уже реализована или нужно делать? Исходя из чего должна формироваться скидка? Из группы покупателя?
По автоматическому изменению группы покупателя на основе суммы покупок. Это сделать можно и не очень сложно, но придется покопаться. Можно сделать что-то на подобии:
1. Доработать группы покупателей в админке. Добавить возможность указывать скидку для группы и порог для перехода.
2. Создать скрипт, который будет брать клиентов из БД у которых были покупки, скажем, в течении недели или месяца (смотря какой срок выполнения заказа у вас на сайте). Он будет их перебирать, смотреть на сумму скидки и менять группу, если клиент достиг порога для перехода. Скрипт будет запускаться по крону раз в час, к пример, или раз в сутки.
Естественное, что итоговая сумма покупок должна считаться из заказов в определенных статусах (чтобы отсеять новые заказы или возвраты).
Но есть еще момент с 1С. 1С не передает данные о заказах на сайт, поэтому передать общую сумму заказов не выйдет. Как вариант, заказы из вайбера дублировать на сайт. Или добавить возможность руками добавлять, что у клиента есть заказ на такую-то сумму и эти суммы также будут участвовать в подсчета итоговой суммы покупок.
В общем вариантов много. -
