Railly
Good evening. I am writing on behalf of the company Railly - https://railly.org/, we sell train tickets.
We are looking for a person who can create modern, high-quality posts on Instagram. If the result is satisfactory, we will reach out to you on a regular basis.
Stories — 1 photo
Goal and angle of attack: capture the feeling of “hopelessness” in 3–5 seconds and give a simple promise “Kyiv—Vienna without stress today,” with a clear transition to the website in full-screen format 9:16. Positioning in the frame: premium concierge Railly, who solves “sold-out” thanks to expertise and access to alternative booking systems, emphasizing trust and results.
Technical requirements: image 1080×1920 or higher, aspect ratio 9:16, JPG/PNG format, weight up to 30 MB, full-screen display in Stories with a standard duration of static frame display up to 5 seconds. Safe zones: leave approximately 14% at the top and 20% at the bottom without critical text/logos, so the system UI of Stories does not cover messages and CTAs.
Visual scene: “quiet luxury” in transport aesthetics — bright interior of 1st class or architectural detail of the station in Vienna/Kyiv, soft side light, minimalist typography, lots of air. Colors and typography: deep blue/charcoal background, ivory for the headline, one elegant display font + one modern grotesque, a maximum of two font weights for clarity.
On-image text (version A): “Your ticket to Europe — guaranteed” → subtitle “Kyiv—Vienna without queues and monitoring” → micro-line “Premium concierge Railly” → capsule-CTA “Book now” above the lower safe zone. On-image text (version 😎: “Sold-out? You will go” → subtitle “We know where there are seats” → micro-line “Kyiv—Vienna today” → capsule-CTA “Go to booking”.
Primary text of the ad: “European trains without stress: Kyiv—Vienna today, booking for you — in 2 minutes” with a direct call to action. Trust/friction: if necessary, add a delicate note in the signature or on the landing page “For Austria, the ticket must be printed,” to address questions before purchase.
A/B for Stories: change the hero shot (1st class interior vs station facade), headline (“Guaranteed ticket” vs “Sold-out? You will go”), grain intensity 0% vs light fine-grain; without changing the 9:16 format and safe zones.
Post in feed — up to 3 photos (carousel)
Format and sizes: 4:5, 1080×1350 for each card, JPG/PNG up to 30 MB, to take up maximum screen space in the feed and ensure clarity of details. Preview in grid: keep key text in the central zone, as the preview cropping may vary; maintain consistent processing across all cards.
Card 1 (Pain → Promise): large headline “Sold-out everywhere? You will go with us” and subtitle “Kyiv—Vienna — without hours of monitoring,” clean shot of the station/carriage with lots of air. Card 2 (How it works): three steps “Request → Search in European systems → Confirmation,” thin icons, short captions, micro-line “Premium concierge Railly” to enhance trust. Card 3 (Result → Action): emotional shot of boarding with the caption “Your ticket to Vienna — today,” micro-CTA “Book now,” small note “For Austria: printed ticket is mandatory.”
Caption for the carousel — option 1: “Kyiv—Vienna without queues and without ‘no seats’. We take care of the search and confirmation — you just travel” with a call to go to booking. Caption — option 2: “Official channels are complicated and often empty, but this is not the end of the story: we know where to find your ticket today” with the same call.
Hashtags and structure: 3–5 relevant tags like #EuropeByTrain #KyivVienna #ConciergeTravel at the end of the caption, the first 2 lines — as strong as possible to increase text expansion. Alt texts: short, descriptive for each card — “Architectural detail of the station, headline about sold-out and solution” etc., to maintain a premium tone and accessibility.
Route emphasis: directly name Kyiv—Vienna in headlines/subheadings and on cards to capture the hottest demand and quickly convert interest into clicks. Visual consistency: same colors, fonts, margins, and rhythm of elements between cards 1–3, without aggressive filters — this supports a sense of reliability and luxury.
