Судя по тому, что предыдущий проект с десятью ставками был закрыт без выполнения, указывать стоимость больше, чем Вы готовы заплатить, а это всё та же тысяча, смысла явно нет. Чет у меня есть подозрение, что даже если у подходящего Вам исполнителя совсем беда с деньгами, тратить минимум два дня для того, чтобы получить на выходе тысячу, он вряд ли станет)
