Я не знаю, какие еще CAD системы это умеют. В солиде чуть умею просто моделировать, поэтому это "роднее".
Если вам удобно на листике, и сможете сделать развернуто описать инженеру-автоматизатору, с поверхностными знаниями сопромата - то почему бы и нет?

Если "пауком" из тросов вы хотите распределить нагрузку по балке, то такой вариант не сработает. В одной плоскости могут работают только два троса. Боковые нести нагрузку не будут. Напряжение в них будет в разы больше веса груза. Они помогут от раскачивания груза, не более.

Уберите тросы. Они не дают выигрыша в грузоподъемности. И получите классическую схему. Сами ее в солиде легко просчитаете.

Я знаю, что несущая способность не увеличится. Но жесткость будет выше. Мне не столько грузоподъемность поднять, сколько снизить прогиб.

Прогиб не уменьшится, и жесткость не увеличится.
Иначе увеличив многократно количество троссов вы сможете свои 4 тонны повесить на жердочку. И Нобелевская премия ваша. Барон Мюнхгаузен так себя с конем из болота вытащил. 🙂
Для жесткости нужна жесткая траверса подвешенная на тросах. Или эту траверсу жестко закрепить на балке. Тогда вы получите фигурную балку с утолщение посредине. Не думаю, что вам такие сложности нужны.

Доброго дня. Питання не тільки у висоті балки , а й в ширині, оскільки до момента і повперечної сили , додасться поздовжня. З ескізу незрозуміло крок розркріплень із площини балки, але я б в такому випадку робив би ферму висотою 500-600 мм із профільних труб.

Гостированный металлопрокат имеет все необходимые размеры в справочниках. Негостированный металлопрокат и сборка фермы в ручную - сильно дороже и сложнее в изготовлении. Плюс у меня есть ограничение по высоте, и я не могу собрать ферму.
