Будет продуктивнее, вероятно, если вы приложите пример файла и уже размеченное, чтобы можно было понять с чем конкретно предстоит работать.
В чем нужно вести работу?
Ставить полсекунды тишины, что конкретно имеется ввиду? Нужно работать с самим файлом или просто прибавлять к таймингу кашля полсекунды с обеих сторон?

Я не хотел бы выкладывать публично эти записи. Это разговор по телефону двух людей - оператора и пациента. Оператор спрашивает есть ли симптомы ковида и как человек себя чувствует, рассказывает про исследование.
Пол секунды нужно добавить просто в тайминги. Если там не тишина - обрезать по кашлю

Прослушивать весь аудиофрагмент не нужно, достаточно только отмотать на указанный предыдущим разметчиком фрагмент и проверить правильно ли выставлены тайминги, в этом суть проверки?
