Вы бы согласились, если бы разработчик показал админку вашего сайта, чтобы подтвердить другому заказчику то, что он грамотный специалист?

Если разработчик не подписывал NDA, то я не могу влиять на его действия. Хочет -- показывает. Если я не требовал подписать NDA, значит меня не сильно парит, кому он там что показывает. Стороннему человеку глубоко плевать, что в моей админке валяется. Кроме того, можно поднять версию сайта без контента. Для грамотного разработчика это дело 15 минут максимум.
