Development of a Google Spreadsheet for the admin in the translation agency

We need to create a table for the administrator.
We have a large project table (3000 rows and about 50 columns), as well as several tabs with client data, companies, invoices, translators, etc. We need to redesign the table because working with the current one is extremely difficult due to the large amount of data.
We would like to have a table divided into 5 sectors, with key information displayed in each sector.
For example:
- in the INVOICE sector should display: invoice number, issue date, payment date, and total amount.
When hovering over this sector, all invoice information (invoice number, issue date, payment date, transfer amount, certification amount, who generated the invoice, total amount, etc.) should appear on the right side of the screen, and it should be possible to add or edit information without switching to another tab.
- in the TRANSFER sector should display: start date of work, transfer completion, verification completion. When hovering over this sector, all transfer information (transfer start, transfer end, verification end, translator's full name, editor's full name, number of characters, transfer amount, etc.) should appear on the right side of the screen, and it should be possible to add or edit information without switching to another tab.
