Чтобы создать инет магазин команда и студия вообще не нужны, Нужен специалист который на этом как говорится собаку сьел. И вот Вы пишите (Указанная цена является ориентиром и может изменяться. Предоплата возможна только после заключения договора на разработку. ТЗ в готовом виде нет. Есть свой дизайн. Заинтересован в долгосрочном сотрудничестве: сопровождение сайта, разработка дополнительного функционала, продвижение сайта, smm, копирайтинг.). Нету ни ТЗ не предоставлен диз мага, и я Вам предложил договор и Безопасную Сделку. Так причем сдеь обида, и что означает цена может менятся, У меня такие заказчики ужэ не один прошел сначала цена была 20к рублей потом каким то образом изменилась на 10к. Так что у заказчика всегда должен быть бюджет и четкое ТЗ, Вы работу заказываете а не хлеб в магазине покупаете, хотя у него ужэ цена стоит

Правд здесь много. Я достаточно проработал с фрилансерами, чтобы понять, чего я хочу от разработчика. Вы правы, у идеального заказчика должно быть ТЗ и бюджет. Я указывал студию или команду в Киеве именно потому, что я не идеальный заказчик. Мне нужен менеджер - я устал общаться с программистами, которые витают в облаках. Мне нужна команда - потому, что один человек может заболеть/уехать к бабушке/взять предоплату и пропасть. Мне нужна студия - потому, что я могу оценить уровень их работы по общению на месте, а не только по портфолио. Потому, что я знаю, где они сейчас, и где будут завтра, с моей предоплатой. Извините, я просто устал от фриланса. Ничего личного.

Согласен конечно в некоторой мере, студии тоже не идеальны, ну и заказчики также, некоторые требуют делать у себя на хостинге потом пропадают. Фрилансеров также вагон которые берут заказ на другой бирже выставляют на другой и при этом занижают стоимость в 2 а то и 3 раза. Я делаю проще у меня своя студия свой хостинг немного заработал и вложил все это в бизнес, общаюсь только на прямую с заказчиком. И хочу сказать не тот исполнитель хорош у которого в портфолию более 100 работ, а тот у которого работ много и даже может и не быть портфолио, а это значит что работы много и времени нету его сделать, я уже год не заполняю портфолио, честно нету времени. Есть хостинг есть сайт а вот времени увы. Студия чем плоха качество работ как у обычного фрилансера а цены в 2 раза выше, Вам проще найти нормально фрилансера и адекватного который все сделает без предоплаты а по договору все как книга пишет а потом деньги заберет.
