Developing the calculator on React.js

We are currently working on a new page for our own website.
This page is a return calculator where the user can enter the data on his site and see what he can expect from the re-design.
The website and the calculator page are built on Webflow.
The calculator block is built through in Cebflow through the cast js & html.
We need help directly with the implementation of a block with a calculator on React.js.
The React.js project is already launched and completed. It remains to write the calculator itself.

Figma files and formulas will be provided at the beginning of the project.
