Development of logotype

Hello. There is a logo for a flower shop. It needs to be converted from a raster image to a vector format. Ideally, SVG so that we can edit it (mean- ing it should be line art) - please provide the cost of the work and the timeline.

I need my logo to be recreated as a true vector, suitable for professional use. The ZIP archive contains the current logo files: light version dark version two SVG files (these are not true vector graphics — they contain embedded raster images). Requirements The logo must be redrawn from scratch as editable vector artwork. Please do not use automatic image tracing. I need clean vector paths that can be edited later.Important Preserve the current design exactly. Keep the slightly imperfect / hand-drawn appearance. Do not "improve" or smooth the logo. The orange "o" must remain unchanged. Preserve the intentionally cropped left edge of the outer circle in the orange "o". The company is just entering the market, and the website and social media are under development. A complete brand book is needed "from scratch" — there is currently no logo. You need to create 5 different versions of scales for the device, for printing. There will be some adjustments to the real scales, but they need to be replicated exactly. If you can complete this in one day, I will add extra funds on top; this is an urgent project!
