там все простіше, замовник хоче апки під арбітраж всяких казино і збільшувачів пенісів , відповідно їх блокують через 1-2 дні, і йому потрібно нових виконавців , оскільки апки від старих розробник вже не пройдуть, гугл їх мітть як " ненадійні " це мітка на залізо, тут тільки зміна компа допоможе. А замовник про це не каже і просто шукає нових розробників з "чистим залізом"
