Engineering preparation of DXF layouts for laser cutting of inserts.
- I use parametric modeling in CAD to eliminate distortions when working with photos and drawings.

- I take into account the specifics of the material (PE, foam) through software compensation of the beam (kerf) of 0.2–0.5 mm for a tight fit of the products.
- I automate data generation: exporting footage and dimensions to Excel is done through scripts, which completely eliminates typos and manual input errors. Cleaning vectors from duplicates and overlaps reduces machine time by 10–15 percent.
