Development of a presentation

It is necessary to develop a presentation for the sale/rental of a real estate object in Kyiv.

The presentation should be prepared according to the Structure that I am attaching to this email.

I am also attaching visuals created with AI for the building facades (which need to be corrected, they do not quite correspond to reality, AI distorts a lot….)

Please note that the Presentation will be complex, as some slides will need to be created graphically, for example:

- Location slide - it will be necessary to place the object on the map and show the surroundings, etc.... and some icons;

- Concept and floor plans slide - it will be necessary to draw floor plans from the BTI plans (PDF files) or if needed, I will find the drawings + then apply tenants and areas to these plans;

In general, it would be ideal if the specialist could work in a 3D model and assemble the building facade and draw the facades there, or through AI, but to qualitatively transform the existing facade (the building is almost ready, but without finishing) into some beautiful facade with terraces and a usable roof, but it must be accurate and correspond to reality.

I will provide information, especially textual and calculations/numbers, but for design aspects, style, etc., I would like the designer to come up with it themselves (there is a corporate style, I will also provide it).

If all of the above does not bother you, I would be happy to work together.

Please write and I request to show examples of work on such tasks or at least similar ones.

Regarding deadlines – I do not want to postpone it for a long time, but I also understand that this task will take time.

Regarding the cost, please write your wishes, we will agree (the main thing is that it is done qualitatively!)
