    Описал сложность и сроки, то сейчас Вам вряд ли, кто-то сделает. Но если нужно будет не через час, а нормально. То человек сделает качественно за 5 дней и за 8к грн. Так как Вы запланировали большой объем роботы, не говоря про сроки

    Разработчики тоже люди и также хотят спать) Помните про это. Но денежная мотивация, может немного подвинуть сон.

    Здесь одним json не выйдет все получать. Дизайн рисовать, апи делать, не понятно как еще получение идет. Вме проверять нужно. За короткий срок можно загнать приложение в тупик. Кастомный дизайн. Можно обговорить если сроки не такие как вы описали.
