Есть несколько вопросов:
1.Все данные будут статичными? (зашиваем все в прилу, заливаем в маркеты, и потом если цена или что-то меняется. то делаем апйдейт?)
2.Если данные будут динамичными, тогда вам нужна будет мини-админка (API - для передачи данных клиент-сервер). Не придется постоянно делать апдейт в маркетах.

это приложение не калькулятор, но использует переключатель языков, фильтры настроек как у вас в калькуляторе, но более сложные. Есть админка.так же есть небольшой личный кабинет пользователя, Есть пуш уведомления.
