типы пользователей
1) обычные пользователи (могут публиковать, управлять постами, голосовать, поисаты, отвечать на сообщения)
2) модераторы (могут приостанавливать публикацию постов, блокировать пользователей, посты, удалять любую информацию)
3) администратор имеет функции модератора плюс может назначать модераторов
Особенности
1) пост имеет теги для быстрого поиска
2) есть возможность поиска по тегам или ключевым словам
3) есть возможность просмотра всех постов одного автора
4) пост может комментироваться (управление комментариями возможно либо владельцем поста или модератором)
это основной функцуионал который будет на старте
после запуска проект будет развиваться и дополняться
поэтому нужен человек, который с развитием проекта будет все теснее и больше привлекаться к его развитию
