    Добрый, поскольку Java использует примитивные типы данных, она не считается чистым объектно-ориентированным языком программирования. Он поддерживает использование ключевого слова static. Статические переменные и методы могут быть доступны без объекта или без создания объекта класса. Другие языки использовать не нужно.

    Даже static void main(String[] args) {}  обязательно принадлежит какому-то классу в Java, в личку скиньте пример прораммы о чем идет речь

    Также уточните что используетя вместо ArrayList / Array?
