Development of AI sales agent
It is necessary to develop an AI agent that will perform sales tasks and interact with clients through phone calls.
Functionality of the AI agent:
- Lead generation – The AI will call potential clients and sell products/services (the theme depends on training and client needs).
- Retention – working with inactive clients for their reactivation.
- Handling "junk" calls – retrying calls to numbers that were previously unavailable (busy, disconnected, etc.).
- Appointment scheduling – organizing meetings or calls for clients.
After the AI engages the client, it will pass the information to a real sales manager for further communication.
What needs to be developed:
- AI agent – the ability to train and test the AI to perform the above tasks. The theme of the calls can be anything (selling products, booking services, etc.).
- Reporting panel – after completing tasks, the AI should generate reports. It is necessary to develop an interface for clients where they can view these reports.
