такие анимации довольно замороченные и не быстрые в исполнении. за 5к вам это точно никто не сделает. ну и такая анимация это точно не на тупых конструкторах. где доступа к коду нет нормального. это надо делать только на wordpress.

Нету разницы не Wordpress или Webflow что там что там нужно делать через код)
За бюджет согласен, цена такой работы по моим меркам тыс 20 гр не меньше. -
Webflow может реализовать все чего душа пожелает + JS конечно, и будет это работать бесперебойно и плавно. А вот бюджет действительно тянет на базовый сайт в стиле шаблонных. Что самое интересное, заказчик берет мудборды с проектов которым по факту стоимость около 3000$, и не как не 130)
