Разработка на Squarespace отменяется, делаем разработку на WordPress. Разделяем на 2 этапа - фронт и бак. Фронт часть будет делаться совместно с нашими разработчиками.

Бюджет за фронт и бэка изначальный 30к. Учитывая что часть фронта сделаем мы - остаток по оплате высчитаем по факту после этапа фронта, нужно будет вычесть страницы, которые разработали мы.
Процесс разработки - через Git (ветка и мастер тема). Предоставим мы. Нужно предоставить почты разработчиков, чтобы добавить в канал коммуникации. Также с нашей стороны предоставляем тимлида для контроля процесса.
Регулярный деплой, апдейт по выполненным задачам каждый день. Также для верности добавим ТопТреккер (это для нас больше).
Все остальное обсуждаем.
