Date of start of work - January 20, 2023
Complete by February 28, 2023.
Payment in two stages:
The first stage is the completion of the layer and the primary check of functionality, 50%.
The second stage is the thin discharge, the evaporation of the bugs, 50%. It is paid 60 days after the completion of the first stage.

Что за холд средств на 2 месяца? Есть какое-то объяснение?
Вряд ли кто-то согласится на такие сомнительные условия.
Оплата должна быть сразу по готовности результата. Если вам нужна дополнительная поддержка и тестирование - это можно вынести в отдельный проект, который уже может длиться 2 месяца и оплачиваться отдельно.
