General task
It is necessary to develop a series of 4 egg holder models in a unified style. Approximately as needed - in the attachment.
Upon successful completion of the project, further cooperation may be possible to expand the collection range.
Series theme:
Cat Paw
Owl
Penguin
Dragon
All models should look like one collection and have the same upper part (bowl for the egg). Only the lower part with paws, tail, and decorative elements of the specific animal should differ.
Product purpose
Holder for a boiled egg.
The product must be:
stable
durable
easy to use
suitable for regular washing
compatible with FDM 3D printing
Dimensions
The holder must fit large eggs.
Approximate egg dimensions:
diameter 45–48 mm
height 63–68 mm
Inner diameter of the bowl:
50 mm
Depth of egg seating:
18–20 mm
The egg must be securely held and easily removed.
Bowl design
The upper part must be the same for all models.
Style:
lace basket
organic pattern
smooth shapes
without sharp angles
Important:
The basket should look light and decorative, but at the same time be strong.
Strength requirements
Minimum wall thickness:
2.5 mm
Minimum thickness of lace ribs:
3 mm
Must include:
upper reinforcing rim
lower reinforcing belt
Thickness of reinforcing elements:
4 mm
Transitions between the bowl and paws should be smooth radii.
Minimum connection radius:
4–5 mm
Do not use thin decorative elements that may break.
Printing requirements
Models must print without supports.
Printing orientation:
vertical.
The model must be suitable for printing with a 0.4 mm nozzle.

PLA
PETG
Stability requirements
The holder must stand securely on the surface with the egg placed.
Minimum support area:
50 × 50 mm
It is preferable to use a three-point support scheme.

recognizable cat silhouette
The tail must touch the surface and participate in providing stability.

cute, neat, not cartoonish.
Model #2 — Owl

Allowed:

feather elements
All protruding details must be thick enough for durable printing.
Style:
Decorative, slightly fairy-tale.
Model #3 — Penguin
Theme:
Penguin.
Design:
wide webbed feet
low center of gravity
Style:
minimalist and neat.
Model #4 — Dragon
Theme:
Dragon.
Design:
two dragon paws
tail used as the third support point
Allowed:
claws
light texture of scales
small decorative elements
Do not use thin spikes and other fragile details.
Style:
fantasy, but without overloading with small elements.
Required result
For each model, it is necessary to provide:
STL file
source for editing (STEP / Fusion 360 / Blender)
Also, before closing the project - a test print from my side. And making corrections, fixing errors - from your side.
All four models must look like a single collection of products.
