I once did a similar project, and I even have a template. 2-3 days should be enough calmly. The bot will be written in Python, using aiogram 3.x.
The only thing I didn't understand is what kind of units we will be adding/removing? If it's not text, but some other objects, we need to figure out their storage. I would also like to discuss payment — it can be regular money or cryptocurrency? I can find an option for either.
