Development of Telegram Userbot + AI commentator based on GPT

1. I have experience with Pyrogram, which is a more modern and convenient library. I recommend focusing on it for high performance, but since we will also analyze users based on activity and other interesting features, I am willing to learn Telethon for greater control over the Telegram API.
2. I have several personal projects involving GPT API and GEMINI API. My first experience was at a hackathon, where I compared two PDF files and suggested options for modifying one of them. My second project is related to Telegram bots; I created a "neural secretary" that automatically fills a calendar by reading messages or listening to voice messages.
3. Examples of projects are mentioned above.
4.1. First, we need to develop a bot that can analyze group members, take their stories, like stories and messages. Implementation and testing will take 2-3 days.
4.2. After that, we can add a neural network that will generate responses to messages. This will take no more than one day; I have experience with similar tasks.
4.3. Next, we will develop a neural network for visual analysis of stories. I have no experience in this area, so I will spend 1 day studying this topic, then 2-4 days implementing a story analyzer. The output of this analysis will be a text summary of what happened, with comments generated by the neural network from point 4.2.
4.4. The remaining 3 days will be for fixing bugs; it’s possible to complete the project earlier than 12 days.
