Hello. Based on the "discussion" section, I assume that backend development for broadcasts is also required here, not just a client player in the browser.
I have several groups of questions.
1. What delay will be acceptable, 0.5s, 1s, 5s, 10s?
2. If 100 simultaneous broadcasts are expected, what distribution by location is anticipated? What is the distribution by location of the viewers? Is everything within one country?
3. What is the maximum bitrate that can be used for streaming the broadcast?
4. What is the expected total number of simultaneous viewers across all broadcasts?
5. Is support for selecting the quality of the broadcast required in the player?
… These questions affect the requirements for infrastructure and backend. For example, delay impacts the efficiency of video stream compression at small delay values. The bitrate of broadcasts and the number of simultaneous broadcasts affect the required incoming bandwidth. And support for different qualities means that the server or client (streamer) will need to handle transcoding the video stream into different qualities, which is quite a heavy computational operation.
In general, there is a lot to discuss here. I set the deadlines and costs as placeholders for the time being.
