В планах подключать большое количество подключений VPN с iPhone.

В идеале создать конфигурацию которую можно потом переносить не другие сервера в разных локациях.

Стабильно вряд ли, насколько вижу wireguard там в бета-версии от сторонних разработчиков и без гарантии стабильности
