Deployment of Strapi with media content

1. Project Description

We have a project on Strapi.
All stories, novellas, fairy tales, and other content (titles, media files: audio and images in various formats) are already uploaded to Strapi.

We need:

1. To check that the content is structured correctly.

2. To deploy Strapi on the server.

3. To configure DNS and SSL.

4. To connect our application so that it retrieves data from Strapi via API.

2. Tasks

🔹 Checking Strapi Structure

• Ensure that each work has:

  • title,

  • language,

  • category (story/ fairy tale/ poem, etc.),

  • attached audio,

  • images

• Check that the API (/api/...) returns JSON with the complete set of data (title, language, category, audio, images).

🔹 Deploying Strapi on the Server

• Install and run Strapi in production mode.

• Set up access:

  • admin.domain.com → admin panel,

  • api.domain.com → API.

• Configure the database (Postgres).

• Set up the environment (.env).

• Check access rights for the public API (GET requests for Lulla).

🔹 Configuring DNS and SSL

• Set up A records for the domains.

• Connect SSL (Let's Encrypt / Cloudflare).

• Check availability via HTTPS.

🔹 Integration with Our Application

• Configure the API so that the app receives data.

• Check that JSON is correctly picked up by the application.

• Set up CORS (if needed).

• Conduct a test: the application should load all content directly from Strapi.

3. Work Result

• Working Strapi on the server.

• Domain and SSL configured.

• Admin panel accessible.

• API accessible.

• Application receives data (titles, media, categories, languages).

• Brief instructions for us: how to add new content and manage access.

4. Access

• SSH access to the server.

• Access to the DNS panel.

• Admin access to Strapi.

5. Required Skills

• Experience working with Strapi in production.

• Ability to configure API and CORS.

• Experience configuring DNS and SSL.

• Experience with deployment (Docker or PM2 + Nginx).
